Anyway, I decided that this year I would make an effort and get decked out in costume. Here's a picture:
I was looking pretty spiffy, eh? I particularly enjoyed it when my paralegal sent the picture to a friend with the comment, "You think your boss is bad? Look who I have to work for!"
The funny part is that as it happens, only four people in the whole darned company dressed up. That increases my odds greatly of winning "best costume". I'm not sure what my prize would be if I won, but maybe I'll get some old Halloween candy bought on sale at half price and a nice certificate for my scrapbook. I'll keep you posted.
**UPDATE** I did in fact win the contest - in fact, I had 86 votes and the next nearest competitor had 45. :-)
